Douglas Corbin Holds a BA & MA degree in music from Hunter College, C.U.N.Y. In New York, he won acclaim from a wide variety of dance artists and companies, including Merce Cunningham, the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, American Ballet Theatre, and the David Howard Dance Center. Mr. Corbin currently is on the dance faculty at Florida State University, and the American Dance Festival in Durham, NC. He has taught music for dance in Paris, Copenhagen, Stuttgart, Caracas, Zurich, and Bermuda. Mr. Corbin is proud of the many years of working with the extraordinary dance community of West Virginia. |
