Mrs. Frances Howard Honored At Ronceverte Dinner

Members of the Greenbrier Chapter of the American Association for the United Nations honored Mrs. Frances Humphrey Howard with a dinner at the Gateway Hotel in Ronceverte Saturday evening. Mrs. Howard, sister of Sen. Hubert Humphrey, is executive secretary of the Maryland Association for the United Nations. Mrs. Howard spoke in Lewisburg and Ronceverte in the interest of Sen. Humphrey's current campaign in West Virginia for the presidential nomination. Shown are (left to right) Mrs. J. Kent Phipps of Frankford, president of the Greenbrier Chapter of AAUN, Mrs. J. J.
