The Equipment for my horses will Have to be[?] from the Ordinance department at Wheeling If you will please make a requisition For them and send them to me At Webster- W Va the A g m will Arrange with the Gov about clothing + 60 Outside of the Horses Equipment Inform me at Webster West Va Soon.
