I have the honor to request that you will send my descriptivd(?)rolls, and certified that my time of servise[sic] has expired,
I have been a prisoner in Richmond since the 10th of Jan last, until the 22nd instant when I was paroled and sent to this place, I enlisted in the State servise[sic] Aug 8th 1863, in Capt W Ellisons Co, By complying withe[sic] the above request you will confer a great favor upon Sir You ab:[Illegible] Servant David P King
