Barbour County Commission, $2,488 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of permanent County Clerk records, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding the required retention period.

Boone County Commission, $7,894 to provide improved records storage and shelving for the County Clerk, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.

Gilmer County Commission, $8,600 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of permanent County Clerk records, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding the required retention period.

Hancock County Commission, $8,000 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of permanent Circuit Clerk records.

Hardy County Commission, $8,440 to provide improved records storage and shelving for the Circuit Clerk's office, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.

Harrison County Commission, $8,920 to provide improved records storage and shelving for the Prosecuting Attorney's office, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.

Jackson County Commission, $1,500 to provide improved records storage for all county government offices, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.

Mason County Commission, $16,888 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of permanent County Clerk records, to provide improved records storage and shelving for the Circuit Clerk's office, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.

Nicholas County Commission, $20,000 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of permanent County Clerk records, to provide improved records storage and shelving for the Circuit Clerk's office, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.

Ohio County Commission, $17,910 to provide improved records storage and shelving for the County Clerk's office, for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of permanent Circuit Clerk records, and to implement the records retention and disposition schedule to improve preservation and access to permanent records and to remove duplicates and records exceeding required retention periods.
