Arrival Of Prisoners. - Lieutenant Bart. Clarke, of the 3d Virginia regiment, arrived last evening from Bulltown, Braxton county, having ten of our "misguided Southern brethren" in charge. Their names are as follows: John J. Taylor, Jackson Harris, Joseph P. James, Benjamin A. Erwin, Benjamin C. Conrad, Wm. S. Sprigg, James Putnam, Henry C. James, Wm. Sayers, and Thomas Frame. These gentlemen were consigned to the tender mercies of Major Darr. We understand they are stopping for the present at the Atheneum. They expressed great anxiety on the way lest they should exchanged. Erwin represents himself as being a Quartermaster in the rebel army. Conrad is a relative of Gen. Conrad, of Gilmer county, who was under arrest here while General Fremont was here. Most of these men were soldiers in the rebel army, at home, "absent without leave."
