More Prisoners. - About seventy rebel prisoners, most of whom were captured from the command of Jenkins after his recent raid upon Point Pleasant, arrived in the city yesterday morning on board the steamer Eagle. They were the dirtiest, scraggiest, most cadaverous looking set of vagabonds that we ever saw. Most of them are men of stout frames but they appear to have been in mud and filth and subsisting upon quarter rations for several weeks. - Among them is a Captain and two Lieutenants.
