Arrest Of An Escaped Deserter.

Sergeant C. M. Herald arrived in the city on Wednesday evening, having in charge a deserter from the Third West Virginia Infantry, named Madison Vickers. This man Vickers escaped from the Atheneum last summer, by cutting a hole through the floor of the prison. When found by Sergeant Herald he had enlisted in the regular army at Pittsburgh, and had received his bounty, &c. He is now securely ironed.
