Arrest Of Rebel Citizens - Joseph Alton, Peter Amos, Teters T. Toothman, and James Yost, citizens of Marion county, arrived in this city yesterday under arrest, and were committed to the Athaenum. They are charged with having been engaged in the rebel mob which released one Van C. Amos from the Morgantown jail, a few weeks ago. Amos, after his release, was found in the company of the above named men, and they are known to have harbored him.
