AN IRREPRESSIBLE REBEL.:On the last trip up of the Express which arrived here yesterday from Parkersburg, a rebel whose name we could not learn, made himself very offensive by talking treason and yelling for Jeff Davis. He became involved, in consequence, in a difficulty with Lieut. Frost of the 11th West Virginia Infantry, and it was finally rendered necessary to tie him up until the boat arrived at the landing. He was then committed to the Atheneum where he still remains.
